In the process of the development of each enterprise,dividend distribution policy is the important content in enterprise management,which influences the long-term development of the company.This article takes high-tech industries as the object,analyzes the dividend distribution policy of them,and hopes provide a copy of their meager strength for making the dividend policy of listed companies in the industry.The paper wishes to provide theoretical references for regulating listed company dividend policy and the government relevant departments to formulate industrial policy to promote the development of high-tech industries.
