摘要

在全球经济一体化的背景下,我国文化传媒企业在迎接发展机遇的同时也面临着前所未有的挑战,风险因素急剧增多,为了在市场经济环境中得到稳定发展,企业应当清楚本公司的风险管理现状,努力提高风险管控能力.文章主要从文化传媒企业面临的影视项目专项管理风险、户外大牌面临政策变动的风险、品牌授权的不确定风险、内容侵权风险以及涉税风险五个方面出发,对其风险管理存在的问题进行分析,并提出优化策略,旨在助力文化传媒企业的健康发展.

Abstract

In the context of global economic integration,China's cultural media enterprises are facing unprecedented challenges while meeting development opportunities,and risk factors have increased dramatically.In order to achieve stable development in the market economy,enterprises should be clear about the current status of their risk management and strive to improve their risk control capabilities.The article mainly analyzes the problems of risk management of cultural media enterprises from five aspects:the risk of special management of film and television projects,the risk of policy changes faced by large outdoor signs,the uncertainty risk of brand licensing,the risk of content infringement and tax-related risks.The paper proposes optimization strategies to help cultural media enterprises develop healthily.
