In the context of global economic integration,China's cultural media enterprises are facing unprecedented challenges while meeting development opportunities,and risk factors have increased dramatically.In order to achieve stable development in the market economy,enterprises should be clear about the current status of their risk management and strive to improve their risk control capabilities.The article mainly analyzes the problems of risk management of cultural media enterprises from five aspects:the risk of special management of film and television projects,the risk of policy changes faced by large outdoor signs,the uncertainty risk of brand licensing,the risk of content infringement and tax-related risks.The paper proposes optimization strategies to help cultural media enterprises develop healthily.
