It is an important task for our country to build a innovative country and promote economic development.Therefore,the government leads and encourages enterprises to make a industry-university-research cooperation and stresses its significance.It has become a common phenomenon in our country to join industry-university-research cooperation by connecting with universities and scientific institutions.For enterprises,low-carbon technology innovation and low-carbon development are the key to maintain competitiveness in the future.This paper is based on the data of listed companies in heavily polluted industries from 2017 to 2021 to explore the path for industry-university-research cooperation to enhance enterprise value.The result of research shows that industry-university-research cooperation has a positive impact on enterprise value.It influences enterprise value through influencing enterprises'green innovation ability,which provides certain enlightenment for the effect and path of industry-university-research cooperation to influence enterprise value.
