Firstly,the paper explores the direct effect mechanism and the indirect effect mechanism of green finance on sustainable economic development by theorectically analyzing some related literature,such as the concept and characteristic of green finance,sustainable economic development and allocation function of financial resources.The direct effect mechaniam means the impact of capital constraint mechaniam of green finance on sustainable economic development.The indirect effect mechanism means the impact of green finance on sustainable economic development by leveraging green development concept,policy support and scientific and technological innovation.
