摘要
在高质量发展与"双碳"战略目标的双重背景下,探究资源型城市如何实现绿色低碳转型、实现经济可持续发展具有重要意义.文章构建包含创新驱动、经济高效发展、生态环境改善和民生福祉 4 个维度的评价指标体系,利用熵权法对徐州市 2016-2021 年可持续发展能力进行测度与分析.基于研究结论,文章在转变政府职能、重视科技创新、树立绿色理念、坚持以人为本、提供智力支持等方面提出了相关对策建议.
Abstract
Under the dual background of high-quality development and the strategic goal of"double carbon",it is of great significance to explore how resource-based cities can realize green and low-carbon transformation and achieve sustainable economic development.This paper constructs an evaluation index system that includes four dimensions:innovation-driven,efficient economic development,ecological environment improvement and people's well-being,and measures and analyzes Xuzhou's sustainable development capacity from 2016 to 2021 by using entropy weight method.Based on the research conclusion,this paper puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions in transforming government functions,attaching importance to scientific and technological innovation,establishing green concepts,adhering to people-oriented and providing intellectual support.
