The implementation of the coordinated regional development strategy is the main driving force to promote high-quality economic development and construct domestic cycle,which has profound significance to solve the main contradiction of society in the new era.The promotion of technological innovation and industrial structure optimization and upgrading are two important ways to enhance the internal driving force of coordinated regional development.Technological innovation can effectively promote the coordinated development of the three northeast provinces of China.Industrial structure has a positive regulation effect on this process.Technological innovation and industrial structure can promote the coordinated regional development.In order to give full play to the technological innovation ability and drive the coordinated development of the three northeast provinces of China,this paper puts forward the following analysis and relevant countermeasures and suggestions.
