摘要

房地产业是国民经济的一个重要组成部分,近年来房地产业的飞速发展带动了其他行业的发展,但是也呈现出了一些问题.文章分析商品住宅销售市场的影响因素,从经济因素、人口因素、居住环境、金融环境、心理因素、政策因素等方面研究商品住宅销售市场的发展现状和问题,并针对性地提出了建议,为商品住宅销售市场的健康有序发展提供参考.

Abstract

The real estate industry is an important component of the national economy.In recent years,the rapid development of the real estate industry has driven the development of other industries,but it has also presented some problems.This article analyzes the influencing factors of the sales market of commercial residential buildings,studies the current development status and problems of the sales market of commercial residential buildings from economy,population,living condition,financial environment,mental factors and policy factors,and puts forward targeted suggestions,providing references for the healthy and orderly development of the sales market of commercial residential buildings.
