摘要
开展国企产业链供应链优化升级是当前推进国有企业改革和提升经济发展质量的重要手段之一.在全球经济竞争中,优化升级产业链供应链已成为企业增强自身的核心竞争力、追求可持续发展的重要路径.目前,国内对这一问题的研究主要着眼于全国范围,从地方国企、特别是中西部地区国企的视角开展的研究相对较少.中西部地区的经济基础较为薄弱,产业结构也相对单一.地方国企的产业链供应链优化升级的情况与大型央企及沿海地区的国企相比存在很大的差异.因此,有必要从中西部地区地方国企的角度进行研究,以填补相关研究领域的空白.文章主要研究地方国企的产业链供应链优化升级路径,以期为中西部地区的国企提供参考.
Abstract
The optimization and upgrade of the industrial and supply chains of state-owned enterprises is one of the important issues in promoting the reform of state-owned enterprises and improving the quality of economic development.In the global economic competition,optimizing and upgrading the industrial chain supply chain has become an important path for enterprises to enhance their core competitiveness and pursue sustainable development.At present,research on this issue in China mainly focuses on the national scale,and there is relatively little research on the perspective of local state-owned enterprises in the central and western regions.The economic foundation of the central and western regions is relatively weak,and the industrial structure is relatively single.There are differences in the optimization and upgrade of the local state-owned enterprise industrial chain supply chain compared to the large central enterprises and some state-owned enterprises in the coastal areas.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct research from the perspective of local state-owned enterprises in the central and western regions to fill the gap in related research.This article mainly studies the optimization and upgrade paths of the industrial chain supply chain of local state-owned enterprises,in order to provide a reference for state-owned enterprises in the central and western regions.
