摘要
2021年,国家发布的《关于促进制造业有序转移的指导意见》中明确提出,支持符合要求的高载能行业向西部清洁能源优势地区集聚.这一重大利好政策对推动阿拉善盟地区的工业转型升级、实现其高质量发展具有重大意义.文章以"建设先进高载能低排放工业园区"为题,通过调研和查阅资料,对当地打造先进高载能低排放工业园区、推动经济转型升级的意义和优势进行分析,深入查找目前存在的政策制约因素,结合实际发展提出具体的发展思路.
Abstract
In 2022,the country issued the Guiding Opinions on Promoting the Orderly Transfer of Manufacturing Industry,which clearly stated that it supports high energy carrying industries that meet the requirements to cluster in clean energy advantageous areas in the western region.This major favorable policy is of great significance for promoting the industrial transformation and upgrading of Alxa League and achieving high-quality development.The paper is titled"Building Advanced High Capacity and Low Emission Industrial Parks".Through research and literature review,it analyzes the significance and advantages of our league in building advanced high capacity and low emission industrial parks and promoting economic transformation and upgrading.Then,the paper delves into the current policy constraints and proposes specific development strategies based on actual development.
