Abstract
Digital management,as an emerging management method,has a profound impact on the operation and control of enterprises.In the new economic situation,the application of digital management in enterprise operation control is of great significance for achieving automated control and management,reducing operation control costs,and promoting the intelligent development of enterprises.Based on this,the article discusses digital management from two aspects of connotation and characteristics,analyzes its important significance in enterprise operation control,aims to innovate enterprise operation control methods,strengthen the use of digital technology,improve the quality and efficiency of enterprise operation control as a whole,and assist in the healthy and sustainable development of enterprises.
