摘要
财务管理是企业经营管理中的重要组成部分,也是企业实现高质量发展的重要基础与保障.作为一种新型的企业财务管理模式,财务共享能更好地适应企业未来的发展趋势.依托财务共享环境对企业的财务管理进行创新和优化,持续改进管理手段,不断探索新的管理模式,积极运用先进的管理工具,对企业财务管理资源进行整合,消除传统财务管理工作中的弊端,推动企业财务管理工作实现标准化和规范化建设,使企业的内部控制力度更加集中,从而降低企业的财务风险.
Abstract
Financial management is an important component of enterprise management and a crucial foundation and guarantee for achieving high-quality development.Financial sharing,as a new type of enterprise financial management model,can better adapt to the future development trends of enterprises.By relying on the financial sharing to innovate and optimize the financial management of enterprises,continuously improving management methods,exploring new management models,actively utilizing advanced management tools,and integrating enterprise financial management resources,it can eliminate the drawbacks of traditional financial management.It can also promote the standardization and normalization of enterprise financial management,making the internal control of the enterprise more centralized,thereby reducing the financial risk of the enterprise.
