数字化浪潮下证券公司财务共享服务升级研究

摘要
数字经济时代的到来,让世界从"网联"到"物联",产业结构和市场需求变革剧烈,越来越多的企业力求把握时代趋势.证券公司通过对财务管理模式进行优化升级,引入信息化手段成立财务共享服务中心,促使财务工作效率得到大幅提升,对一些重复的、可标准化的事项进行集中化、信息化处理,提高了财务管理效率.现阶段,仍有证券公司的财务共享服务升级未能纳入业务数字化进程,使得财务共享服务效率和效果受限,未能推动财务管理数字化,形成对业务数字化的协同、支持.文章以数字化转型概述为引线,阐述了财务共享服务概念,对现阶段证券公司财务共享服务升级过程中存在的问题进行分析,并提出针对性的优化策略.
Abstract
With the advent of the era of digital economy,the world has changed from"internet connection"to"Internet of Things",and the industrial structure and market demands have undergone drastic changes.More and more enterprises strive to grasp the trend of the times.By optimizing and upgrading the financial management mode and introducing information means to establish the financial sharing service center,securities companies have promoted the financial work efficiency to be greatly improved,centralized and informationized some repetitive and standardized matters,and improved the financial management efficiency.At this stage,there are still securities companies whose financial sharing service upgrade has not been included in the process of business digitalization,which limits the efficiency and effect of financial sharing service,fails to promote the digitalization of financial management and forms collaboration and support for business digitalization.Based on the overview of digital transformation,this paper expounds the concept of financial sharing service,analyzes the existing problems in the upgrading process of financial sharing service of securities companies at this stage,and puts forward targeted optimization strategies.
