摘要
随着科技的进步和企业轻装上阵的发展趋势,轻资产的运营模式逐渐受到企业的青睐.文章旨在研究轻资产运营模式在现代企业中的应用,并且在轻资产运营模式基本概念的基础上,研究了轻资产在财务报告、税务管理、风险管理和内部控制等方面的应用.此外,还指出了轻资产运营模式对外部和内部环境方面存在的风险和威胁,为企业实践提供了有益启示.总的来说,轻资产运营模式为现代企业提供了新的运营和管理策略,但同时也带来了一系列的挑战,需要企业加以注意和应对.
Abstract
With the progress of science and technology and the trend of enterprises to pack light,the asset-light operation mode is gradually favored by enterprises.This paper aims to study the application of the asset-light operation mode in modern enterprises.And on the basis of the basic concept of the asset-light operation mode,it studies the application of the asset-light operation mode in financial reports,tax management,risk management and internal control.It also points out the risks and threats to the external and internal environment under the asset-light operation mode.This study provides useful implications for enterprise practice.In general,the asset-light operation mode provides a new operation and management strategy for modern enterprises,but it also brings a series of challenges that enterprises need to pay attention to and cope with.
