Analysis of Enterprise Development Strategy from the Perspective of Dynamic Capabilities:Based on a Case Study of J&T Express
In the fierce international market and rapidly changing external environment,the implementation of enterprise development strategies is crucial.It helps companies strengthen their core competencies to achieve the dynamic balance of internal and external resources.This study takes J&T Express,a company in the express delivery industry,as a case study.From the perspective of dynamic capabilities and employing a longitudinal research approach with a single case,the paper analyzes the company's development evolution process.Simultaneously,the study applies the SWOT analysis model to examine its external environment and internal resources from multiple perspectives.Finally,a comprehensive exploration of J&T Express corporate development strategy is conducted,and relevant recommendations are proposed to promote the sustainable development of the company and the entire industry.
