四川省数字经济发展水平的统计测度研究

摘要
基于 2018-2021 年的四川省及其 18 个地级市的统计数据,通过对数字经济发展水平从数字基础、数字产业化、产业数字化和数字技术创新能力 4 个一级指标和 13 个二级指标构建指标体系,运用熵值法计算数字经济发展水平总指数及各指标指数.研究发现,四川省的 18 个地级市的数字经济发展水平每年都有变化,地级市之间的数字经济发展水平存在很大的差距,其数字基础、数字产业化、产业数字化和数字技术创新能力都有很大的发展空间.为了进一步促进四川省的数字经济发展水平,四川省需要加强数字基础设施建设,政府出台相关政策吸引人才,还需要提高数字创新能力和产业数字化能力.
Abstract
Based on the statistical data of Sichuan Province and its 18 prefecture level cities from 2018 to 2021,an indicator system is constructed for the development level of the digital economy from four primary indicators of digital foundation,digital industrialization,industrial digitization,and digital technology innovation ability,as well as 13 secondary indicators.The entropy method is used to calculate the total index of digital economic development level and various indicator indices.Research has found that the development level of digital economy in 18 prefecture level cities in Sichuan Province changes every year,and there is a significant gap in the development level of digital economy among prefecture level cities.There is great room for the development in their digital foundation,digital industrialization,industrial digitization,and digital technology innovation capabilities.In order to further promote the development level of the digital economy in Sichuan Province,it is necessary to strengthen the construction of digital infrastructure,introduce relevant policies by the government to attract talents,and improve digital innovation and industrial digitization capabilities.
