The driving system of cultivating new professional farmers has three main bodies:the government,the market and the farmers,which is the three-wheel driving system combining internal driving force and external driving force.This paper finds that the government should focus on the top-level design,improve the household registration,land and professional farmer access system supporting the cultivation system of new professional farmers.The market mainly drives the cultivation of new professional farmers in the way of demand orientation,division of labor benefits and industrial chain extension.And it should be combined with the government-driving way to form a mixed driving mode of the government and the market.The farmers should be guided and driven to stimulate the endogenous growth of the new professional farmers through the farmers'professional cooperative economic organizations,native talents,etc.The internal driving force and vitality of new professional farmers themselves are fully stimulated,which is conducive to the formation of synergy between the driving support of the government and the market and plays a good role in the cultivation of new professional farmers.
