摘要
双碳目标下,我国的能源结构与世界能源结构将发生根本性的改变,新能源成为全球能源领域的重要发展方向,我国对新能源行业有着巨大的政策性支持,关于新能源企业的价值评估研究也逐渐深入.传统企业价值评估方法有其局限性,文章建立了适合评估新能源企业价值的评估模型——模糊实物期权模型.
Abstract
Under the"double carbon"goal,China's energy structure and the world energy structure will meet a fundamental change,and new energy has become an important development direction in the field of global energy.China has a huge policy support for the new energy industry,and the research on the value evaluation of new energy enterprises is also in-depth.The traditional method of enterprise value evaluation has its limitations.This paper establishes the fuzzy real option model,which is suitable for evaluating the value of new energy enterprises.
