Discussion on the Influence of Informal Organizations in Enterprises on Knowledge Transfer
Knowledge has increasingly become the most important strategic resources and an important source of sustainable competitive advantage that enterprises rely on for survival and development.Knowledge transfer is an effective way to maintain enterprise vitality and promote knowledge circulation.The existence of informal organizations in enterprises can promote the generation of learning atmosphere in enterprises and help to improve employees'knowledge transfer willingness.However,few scholars have studied the role of informal organizations in knowledge transfer.Based on a lot of literature,this paper discusses the role of informal organizations in knowledge transfer.The results of this study not only enrich the relevant research on informal organizations and knowledge transfer,but also guide enterprise managers to take relevant measures and methods to continuously enhance the knowledge transfer willingness of employees in enterprises and promote the internal knowledge transfer behavior,so as to continuously improve the management efficiency of enterprise managers.
