基于DEA-TOPSIS模型的河南省物流效率研究

首先运用DEA-BCC模型对河南省 18 个地级市的物流效率进行测度,其次计算出DEA非有效城市的投入冗余率,最后采用TOPSIS模型测算实现了DEA有效城市的理想解贴合度.研究发现:河南省有 8 个城市实现了DEA有效,但整体物流效率不够高;DEA非有效城市的投入冗余主要集中在资本投入和劳动力投入两个方面;DEA有效城市的理想解贴合度差异比较大,需要采取措施实现区域物流协同发展.
Research on Logistics Efficiency in Henan Province Based on DEA-TOPSIS Model
Firstly,the DEA-BCC model is used to measure the logistics efficiency of 18 prefecture-level cities in Henan Province.Secondly,the input redundancy rate of DEA ineffective cities is calculated.Finally,the TOPSIS model is used to calculate the ideal solution fit degree of cities that have achieved DEA effectiveness.Research has found that 8 cities in Henan Province have achieved DEA effectiveness,but overall logistics efficiency is not high enough.The investment redundancy of DEA inefficient cities is mainly concentrated in two aspects:capital investment and labor investment.The ideal solution fit degree of DEA effective cities varies greatly,and some measures are needed to be taken to achieve coordinated development of regional logistics.
