摘要
财务分析在企业经营决策中扮演着极其重要的角色,尤其是在国企中.国企由于其重要的国有属性,本身就承载着更多的社会责任和使命.因此,财务分析作为企业管理的重要工具,其在国企中的应用也是非常广泛和必要的.文章旨在探讨财务分析在国有企业中的应用方式及意义,深入分析国有企业的特殊性.同时,基于财务分析在国有企业中遇到的问题和挑战,探索如何在国有企业中更好地应用财务分析进行经营决策.
Abstract
Financial analysis plays an extremely important role in the business decision-making,especially in the state-owned enterprises.Due to their important state-owned attributes,state-owned enterprises themselves undertake more social responsibilities and missions.Therefore,as an important tool of enterprise management,the application of financial analysis in state-owned enterprises is also very extensive and necessary.This paper aims to discuss the application of financial analysis in state-owned enterprises,and deeply analyze the particularity of state-owned enterprises.Meanwhile,on account of analyzing the problems and challenges encountered by financial analysis in state-owned enterprises,the paper explores how to better apply financial analysis in state-owned enterprises to make business decisions.
