To solve the problems of low efficiency and poor service quality in electricity marketing services,this study combines relevant policies issued by the region and proposes measures to strengthen the implementation of intelligent and accurate services in power marketing from the perspective of optimizing business environment.The research results indicate that since 2018,Shanghai has taken multiple measures to promote the implementation of precise power marketing services.The power sector should implement the service concept,seize the opportunity of relevant departments to improve business environment,apply big data technology,smart systems,etc.It aims to ensure the orderly implementation of accurate marketing services.
