A Case Study on the Whole Process Control of Construction Cost Management
In recent years,engineering cost management in China has gradually become more specialized.In order to avoid the disconnection of various links caused by phased cost management,the related enterprises need to comprehensively manage the entire project to ensure the economic benefits of enterprises.This paper provides a detailed exploration and analysis of cost performance,project time performance,and engineering performance from the perspective of full process control.The X project of Jiangxi the Second Construction Co.,Ltd.is selected as a case study for analysis,hoping to provide some references for construction enterprises to improve management processes,reduce project risks,and improve engineering benefits.
