摘要
国家对中国式现代化提出明确要求,公立医院作为现代化医疗卫生体系的重要组成部门,全面预算管理可以有效提高公立医院的现代化管理能力.文章针对业财融合背景下,公立医院全面预算管理存在的问题进行深入分析,提出相关对策建议,旨在为公立医院实施全面预算管理提供参考.
Abstract
China has put forward clear requirements for Chinese path to modernization.As an important part of the modern medical and health system,the comprehensive budget management of public hospitals can effectively improve the modern management ability of public hospitals.This article conducts an in-depth analysis of the problems in the comprehensive budget management of public hospitals under the background of business finance integration,and proposes relevant countermeasures and suggestions,aiming to provide a reference for the implementation of comprehensive budget management in public hospitals.
