Influencing Factors and Countermeasures for the Cultivation of New Professional Farmers:A Study Based on the Survey Data in Guangxi,Yunnan and Guizhou
This paper uses the method of interview survey to study the influencing factors of the cultivation of new farmers in Guangxi,Yunnan and Guizhou.The results show that the factors affecting the cultivation of new farmers include not only the macro factors of external environment,such as laws,regulations and policies,capital investment,customs and geography,but also the micro factors of cultivation supply such as the hardware facilities of training subjects,training time and place,training contents and methods,the standardization of training subjects'organizational mechanism,as well as age,education level,training willingness,family characteristics and other farmers'own factors.According to the influencing factors,this paper puts forward relevant countermeasures,such as perfecting laws and regulations and screening trainers.
