摘要
农业生产性服务业是实现绿色农业发展的重要途径,但农业生产性服务业对农业环境的影响及其影响机制尚不清楚.利用2010-2018年中国农业生产面板数据,采用基于非期望产出的SBM分析方法,研究各省的农业环境效率.在此基础上,采用固定效应面板Tobit模型,中介效应模型,探讨了农业生产性服务业对农业环境效率的影响及其机制.研究结果表明:首先,农业生产性服务提高了农业环境效率.其次,农业生产性服务业会通过产业结构优化和资本深化的途径影响农业环境效率.
Abstract
Agricultural producer service industry is an important way to achieve green agricultural development,but the impact of agricultural producer service industry on agricultural environment and its influencing mechanism are still unclear.Based on the panel data of agricultural production in China from 2010 to 2018,the agricultural environmental efficiency of various provinces is studied by using the SBM analysis method based on non-expected output.On this basis,the fixed effect panel Tobit model and intermediary effect model are used to discuss the impact of agricultural producer services on agricultural environmental efficiency and its mechanism.The results show that agricultural producer services improve agricultural environmental efficiency,and agricultural producer services will affect agricultural environmental efficiency through industrial structure optimization and capital deepening.
