数字经济时代IPO企业的业财融合问题探析

摘要
处在IPO阶段的企业业务发展迅速,对于业务合法合规性、财务管理规范性以及生产经营效率等方面都有较高的要求.随着数字化经济时代的到来,企业管理者应积极应用人工智能、大数据、云计算等先进技术,对企业的运营进行赋能,实施业财融合,有效提升管理效能,文章针对现阶段IPO企业业财融合面临的困境,尝试对业财融合的路径进行分析,提出优化路径和实施策略,以期对IPO企业的健康发展与顺利上市提供一些帮助.
Abstract
Enterprises in the IPO stage develop rapidly and have high requirements for business legitimacy,financial management standardization,and production efficiency.Now that the digital economy era has arrived,managers should use advanced technologies such as AI,big data,and cloud computing to empower enterprise operations,implement integration of industry and finance,so as to improve management efficiency.This article analyzes the challenges of business-financial integration for IPO enterprises,tries to find solutions,proposes optimization paths and implementation strategies,hoping to provide help for the healthy development and listing of IPO enterprises.
