摘要
"双碳"目标全面融入中国经济社会发展中长期规划,光伏产业的发展与之密切相关.中国正处在新旧增长动能转换阶段.文章基于对国内外光伏产业发展形势的总体研判,对推进广西光伏产业一体化进行研究.为了将广西构建成世界级的光伏产业集群,确保国家能源产业链和供应链的安全,以深入推进光伏全产业链布局为重点,在抢机遇、做规划、强创新、引人才等方面提出对策建议.
Abstract
With the comprehensive integration of the"dual carbon"goal into China's mediun-term and long-term economic and social development plan,the development of the photovoltaic industry is closely related to it.China is currently in the stage of transitioning between new and old growth drivers.Based on the overall analysis of the development situation in the photovoltaic industry at home and abroad,the research is being conducted to promote the integration of photovoltaic industry in Guangxi.In order to development Guangxi into a world-class photovoltaic industry cluster and ensure the safety of the national energy industry chain and supply chain,with a focus on deepening the layout of the entire photovoltaic industry chain,countermeasures and suggestions are proposed in seizing opportunities,planning,strengthening innovation,and attracting talents.
