摘要
当前电子商务正在改变物流供应链管理的面貌.高效的供应链管理是电子商务成功的关键之一.电子商务模式下,物流供应链管理需要适应网络化、信息化、智能化等特点,实现从垂直集成到扁平化、从刚性到灵活性的转变.通过信息互动和业务流程重构,供应链组织可以快速响应市场变化,降低成本和运营风险.文章通过电子商务背景及其对物流供应链管理的影响,从供应链与物流的关系出发,分析物流供应链管理存在的问题,并给出解决对策.
Abstract
At present,e-commerce is changing the logistics supply chain management.Efficient supply chain management is one of the keys to e-commerce success.Under the e-commerce model,logistics supply chain management needs to adapt to the characteristics of networking,informatization,and intellectualization,and realize the transformation from vertical integration to flattening,from rigidity to flexibility.Through information intellectualization and business process reconstruction,supply chain organizations can quickly respond to market changes and reduce costs and operational risks.Based on the background of e-commerce and its impact on logistics supply chain management,this paper analyzes the problems existing in logistics supply chain management from the perspective of the relationship between supply chain and logistics,and gives solutions.
