摘要
文章基于比较优势理论,通过结合应用数量、质量优势指数,以河北省各市域的平均水平为参照,对河北省各市域太阳能专利进行划分,并识别优势及"卡脖子"技术领域,以实现针对各市域及细分领域的分类指导、精准施策,最终实现太阳能专利数量、质量的整体提升.
Abstract
In this paper,based on the theory of comparative advantage,by using the index of quantity and quality advantage and referring to the average level of cities in Hebei Province,the solar energy patents of cities are divided.And then advantages and"stranglehold"technology areas are identified to achieve separate guidance to the cities and sub-areas,accurate implementation,in order to achieve the overall improvement of the number and quality of solar patents ultimately.
