Identification of Advantages and"Stranglehold"Technologies in Solar Energy Patents of Cities in Hebei Province Based on the Comparative Advantage
In this paper,based on the theory of comparative advantage,by using the index of quantity and quality advantage and referring to the average level of cities in Hebei Province,the solar energy patents of cities are divided.And then advantages and"stranglehold"technology areas are identified to achieve separate guidance to the cities and sub-areas,accurate implementation,in order to achieve the overall improvement of the number and quality of solar patents ultimately.
