Exploration on Enterprise Financial Management Transformation in the New Economic era
With the high-quality vigorous development of social economy,the original financial management concept and management mode of enterprises have not adapted to the rapid development of today's society.In order to adapt to the development and change of the new economic era,accelerating the transformation of financial management has become an urgent problem to be solved by modern enterprises.And the first step of enterprise internal transformation is financial transformation.Financial managers,as the helm of financial operations,should be based on the enterprise development status quo,seek innovation from the financial management concept,management mode,lead the financial personnel to gradually make financial management transformation,in order to provide more accurate and perfect information for business decisions and make the enterprise stable and healthy development.Based on this,this paper first expounds the necessity of enterprise financial management transformation in the new economic era,and then analyzes the problems in the process of transformation,including financial personnel management concept lagging behind the business development,imperfect supporting system and unmatched process design of finance.The paper deeply analyzes the main causes of the above problems,finally puts forward targeted transformation strategy,so as to provide a reference for the enterprise financial management transformation.
