Research on Risk Management and Control Strategy in the Process of Capital Withdrawal of State-Owned Real Estate development Enterprises
This study discusses the risk management and control strategies of state-owned real estate development enterprises in the process of capital withdrawal.First of all,this paper defines the definition and characteristics of capital withdrawal and the basic theory of risk management,which lays a theoretical foundation for subsequent analysis.Secondly,this paper reveals the characteristics of state-owned real estate development enterprises in capital withdrawal,as well as the types and characteristics of various risks that may be encountered in this process.Then,in the empirical part,this study has formulated and implemented a series of risk management and control strategies,including standardized processes,the application of big data and artificial intelligence technology,the training of professional teams,the setting of red line system for risk prevention and control,the construction of risk emergency plan system and the implementation of real-time supervision and feedback mechanism.At the end of the paper,the practicability and effectiveness of the above strategies are further proved through case studies.Finally,the research results show that the state-owned real estate development enterprises can effectively reduce risks of capital withdrawal through reasonable risk management and control strategies.
