Abstract
Currently,data has become a key element driving enterprise development.Finance,as the natural data center of enterprises,is undergoing digital transformation,which is a definite trend of financial transformation in an uncertain environment.The paper introduces the concept,practical significance,and trend of financial digital transformation,and explores the challenges and corresponding strategies in the process of financial digital transformation under the financial sharing model.Research has shown that when enterprises engage in financial digital transformation,they need to strengthen the overall planning of financial digital strategies,transform the functional positioning of financial departments,improve data governance capabilities,and cultivate composite financial digital talents.
