城市商业银行跨区域发展现状问题及对策建议

摘要
改革开放以来,我国经济迅速发展,单一的城市商业银行发展模式和新时代社会经济的发展需要不相符,因而必须要对该发展模式进行改革.关于改革方向,到目前为止国内外学者的意见基本一致,即让城市商业银行走跨区域发展的道路.文章从城市商业银行着手,阐述了城市商业银行跨区域发展的历程,分析了城市商业银行跨区域发展的现状和问题,并提出了有关城市商业银行跨区域发展的对策,以供参考.
Abstract
Since the reform and opening up,China's economy has developed rapidly,and the single development model of urban commercial banks does not match the needs of social and economic development in the new era.Therefore,it is necessary to reform this development model.As for the direction of reform,the opinions of domestic and foreign scholars are basically the same,which is to let urban commercial banks take the path of cross-regional development.Starting from urban commercial banks,this paper elaborates on the process of cross-regional development of urban commercial banks,analyzes the current situation and problems of cross-regional development of urban commercial banks,and proposes countermeasures for cross-regional development of urban commercial banks for reference.
