摘要
当前,开展企业财务管理在市场竞争日益激烈的环境下显得尤为重要.利用科技手段和行业经验对业务与财务进行融合,可以有效提高企业的经济效益和市场竞争力.文章通过研究A公司的业务模式、财务管理实践以及风险防控策略,总结并提出适用于建筑行业的财务管理模式,以期为行业管理者提供借鉴和参考,进一步提高企业的效益和竞争力.
Abstract
Currently,conducting financial management for enterprises is particularly important in an increasingly competitive market environment.The integration of business and finance through technological means and industry experience can effectively improve economic benefits and market competitiveness of enterprises.The paper aims to summarize and propose financial management models suitable for the construction industry by studying the business model,financial management practices,and risk prevention and control strategies of Company A.This can provide reference and inspiration for industry managers to further improve the efficiency and competitiveness of enterprises.
