Research on the Application of Goal Management in the Management of State-Owned Enterprises
The state-owned economy plays a leading role in the national economy,controlling the lifeline of national economic development.Innovating and optimizing the management mode of state-owned enterprises is of great significance for enhancing their comprehensive strength in economic competition.Goal management is an effective means to promote the growth,optimization,and strength of state-owned enterprises,enhance their core competitiveness,and also enhance the work enthusiasm of managers and employees in state-owned enterprises.However,in the current enterprise management model,the use of target management methods is relatively limited,and there are also many problems in application.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the exploration of the application of target management and properly solve the management problems that exist in enterprises.The paper focuses on the application of goal management in the management of state-owned enterprises.
