随着医疗行业的发展和国家新医改政策的实施,公立医院面临着日益复杂的管理挑战.在这种背景下,实施基于业财融合的公立医院精细化财务管理显得尤为必要.通过精细化财务管理,医院能够实现对资源的高效配置和使用,确保医疗服务的质量和效率.此外,这种管理模式还有助于医院建立更为科学和系统的成本控制机制,在保障医疗服务质量的同时,实现经济效益和社会效益的双重提升.
Abstract
With the development of the medical industry and the implementation of the new national healthcare reform policy,public hospitals are facing increasingly complex management challenges.In this context,it is particularly necessary to implement refined financial management of public hospitals based on the integration of business and finance.Through refined financial management,hospitals can achieve efficient allocation and utilization of resources,ensuring the quality and efficiency of medical services.In addition,this management model also helps hospitals establish more scientific and systematic cost control mechanisms,ensuring the quality of medical services while achieving a dual improvement in economic and social benefits.
