Professional manager system is a very important management thinking which is introduced into the process of the gradual development of market economy in China by absorbing the management experience of foreign enterprises.It is of great significance for establishing modern enterprise system and promoting the development of national economy.At present,China is gradually establishing a set of perfect professional manager system,and has made great progress,but there are still many shortcomings to be improved.This paper analyzes the conflict between professional managers and enterprises and its causes,aiming at the problems faced by the current professional manager system,and puts forward suggestions to establish and improve the professional manager market system from the aspects of optimizing the selection and recruitment mechanism,incentive mechanism and constraint mechanism of professional managers.
