Review of Research on Value Evaluation of Chinese Semiconductor Enterprises
The semiconductor industry is an important indicator of a country's science and technology,economy,and defense capabilities,and the semiconductor issue is a key factor in China's core technology breakthrough.China's semiconductor industry is thriving.But due to the industry's multiple sub-sectors,large research and development investments,and high risks and returns,a comprehensive evaluation system has not yet been established.There are different views on both theoretical and practical circles regarding the valuation methods for semiconductor enterprises.This article reviews relevant literature,outlines the existing evaluation methods for semiconductor enterprises,and in conjunction with the value composition of semiconductor enterprises,provides a new reference for the valuation of semiconductor enterprises in China.
