摘要
运用文献资料、专家访谈等方法,在"低碳经济"视角下探骊我国冰雪产业低碳发展的现实困囿与纾解方略.研究认为,"低碳经济"视角下我国冰雪产业发展的现实困囿主要是:能源结构和技术存在壁垒;传统冰雪经济模式转型困难;气候变化和可持续发展的挑战;冰雪旅游规模承载压力过大;缺乏统一的低碳标准和认证体系.针对现实困囿,提出纾解方略:推动冰雪产业能源结构转型;推动传统冰雪经济模式转型;加强政策引导应对气候变化;推动冰雪旅游的可持续发展;构建统一的低碳标准和认证体系.
Abstract
Using methods such as literature review and expert interviews,this study explores the practical constraints and solutions for low carbon development of China's ice and snow industry from the perspective of a"low carbon economy".Research suggests that there are many constraints,such as barriers to energy structure and technology,difficulties in transforming the traditional ice and snow economy model,challenges of climate change and sustainable development,excessive pressure on the scale of ice and snow tourism,and lack of unified low carbon standards and certification system.To address the constraints of reality,the paper proposes such solutions:promoting the transformation of the energy structure in the ice and snow industry,promoting the transformation of traditional ice and snow economic models,strengthening policy guidance to address climate change,promoting thesustainable development of ice and snow tourism,and building a unified low carbon standard and certification system.
