Combining with the actual situation of the construction industry in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,this study constructs an evaluation system based on the three-dimensional system of planning,implementation,and goals.It aims to explore the interactive relationship among the three-dimensional systems within the construction industry and investigate the degree of coordinated development among systems,It is an issue that needs attention during the process of high-quality development.By integrating the model of high-quality development and coupling coordination within the construction industry,the study quantitatively measures the coupling degree and coupling coordination of the three-dimensional system of the construction industry in 13 cities in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region from 2017 to 2021,conducting spatial comparisons and temporal analyses.The results indicate that the coupling degree presents five types:grinding,basic coordinated coupling,development coordinated coupling,consolidation coordinated coupling,and highly coordinated coupling,while the coupling coordination presents five types:moderate imbalance,slight imbalance,basic coordination,moderate coordination,and high coordination.There are significant spatial and temporal differences in the pattern of the construction industry's three-dimensional system,showing a pattern of central city-focused spatially and a process of decline from consolidation and highly coordinated coupling to basic and development coordinated coupling over time.
