Research on the Impact of Venture Capital on the Growth of New Entrepreneurial Enterprises
This paper through discussing the impact of venture capital on the growth of new entrepreneurial enterprises,defines the concepts of venture capital and new entrepreneurial enterprises,and clarifies the research object and scope.At the same time,it constructs a theoretical framework of venture capital's impact on the growth of new entrepreneurial enterprises,including three aspects:resource supply,governance and support,and network and relationship.Three main impacts of venture capital on the growth of new entrepreneurial enterprises are specifically analyzed,including the relationship between capital injection and enterprise scale expansion,the transmission mechanisms of management experience and professional knowledge,and the integration of industry network and market resources,in order to deeply analyze how venture capital promotes the growth of new entrepreneurial enterprises.The paper discusses the enlightenment and significance of revelent cases.The result shows that venture capital has a significant positive impact on the growth of new entrepreneurial enterprises.This research provides important supports for the rapid development of new entrepreneurial enterprises.
