摘要
文章以高校财政专项资金为研究对象,基于绩效评价的实践经验,列举并分析了绩效评价结果应用存在的问题,从提高项目管理水平、优化资金分配、强化绩效意识三个方面入手,提出了绩效评价结果应用的思路和方法,以期促进高校财政专项资金绩效评价结果的有效应用,形成绩效管理的良性闭环,提升资金使用效益,推动教育事业的高质量、可持续发展.
Abstract
Based on the practical experience of performance evaluation and taking special financial funds of universities as the research object,this paper lists and analyzes the problems existing in the applications of performance evaluation results,and puts forward the ideas and methods for the applications of performance evaluation results from three aspects,including improving project management level,optimizing fund allocation and strengthening performance awareness.The purpose of this paper is to promote the effective applications of the performance evaluation results of special financial funds in universities,form a benign closed loop of performance management,improve the efficiency of fund utilization and promote the high-quality and sustainable development of education.
