Impact of Industry-Related Diversification on the Regional Economic Resilience:Based on the Empirical Analysis of 227 Prefecture-Level Cities in China
This paper analyzes the impact of industry-related diversification on the regional economic resilience,and studies the impact mechanism.It empirically analyzes the impact of industry-related diversification on the regional economic resilience in 227 cities at or above the prefecture level from 1999 to 2021 in China.The result shows that there is a significant nonlinear relationship between industry-related diversification and regional economic resilience,and this conclusion is still valid after a series of robustness tests.The research results of this paper provide theoretical basis and policy suggestions for improving regional economic resilience,and have important theoretical and practical significances for improving and maintaining the regional economic resilience.
