Research on the Development of Embedded Elderly Care Service Model from the Perspective of Supply and Demand:A Case Study of Y District in S City
China has pointed out that it is necessary to implement the national strategy to actively respond to the population aging,in order to develop elderly care service and industries,optimize the service for widowed and lonely elderly,and promote the realization of basic elderly care service for all elderly people.As an important part of China's elderly care security,the elderly care service must make corresponding reforms and adjustments to adapt to the development of aging.As a new elderly care model,the embedded elderly care model provides new ideas for alleviating the increasingly severe elderly care under the situation of China.This paper takes the demonstration of comprehensive elderly care service in Y District,S City as an example,analyzes the embedded elderly care service model and its problems from the perspective of supply and demand,and proposes to strengthen the system design,improve the multi-participation,enrich the form and content of elderly care service and construct community trust and compensation mechanisms and other suggesstions,in order to promote the development of embedded elder care model.
