摘要
随着企业竞争的白热化和员工需求的多样化,现代企业工商管理中的激励机制正面临重大转型.文章深入探讨了现代化背景下,激励机制创新的必要性和实践方法;同时,通过分析不同类型的激励手段——包括货币性和非货币性激励、内在与外在动机,以及个人与团队激励的平衡,提出了一套综合的激励策略.此外,文章还讨论了设计有效激励系统所面临的挑战,并提出了一系列创新的激励机制,以提高员工参与度和业绩.
Abstract
With the white heat of enterprise competition and the diversification of employee needs,the incentive mechanism in modern enterprise business management is facing a major transformation.This paper explores the necessity and practice method of the incentive mechanism innovation in this context.Through analyzing different types of incentive means,including monetary and non-monetary incentives,internal and external motivations,and the balance of individual and team incentives,this study proposes a set of comprehensive incentive strategies.The paper also discusses the challenges of designing effective incentive systems and proposes a range of innovative incentive mechanisms,in order to improve employee engagement and performance.
