With the white heat of enterprise competition and the diversification of employee needs,the incentive mechanism in modern enterprise business management is facing a major transformation.This paper explores the necessity and practice method of the incentive mechanism innovation in this context.Through analyzing different types of incentive means,including monetary and non-monetary incentives,internal and external motivations,and the balance of individual and team incentives,this study proposes a set of comprehensive incentive strategies.The paper also discusses the challenges of designing effective incentive systems and proposes a range of innovative incentive mechanisms,in order to improve employee engagement and performance.
