绩效评价视角下的高等学校国有资产管理探析

摘要
随着高等教育事业综合改革的不断深化,纵观高等学校的国有资产管理进程,绩效管理已成为了目前高等学校资产管理的重要手段.文章基于高等学校绩效评价视角,通过分析高等学校国有资产管理发展进程、资产绩效管理意义,以及存在的问题,提出了相应的对策,以期为提升高等院校的国有资产管理水平提供助力.
Abstract
With the deepening of the comprehensive reform of higher education,performance management has become an important means of assets management in colleges and universities,throught the process of the state-owened assets management in colleges and universities.Based on the perspective of performance evaluation,this paper analyzes the development process,the significance and the existing problems of state-owned assets management in colleges and universities,and puts forward countermeasures to solve these problems,hoping to help improve the level of state-owned assets management in colleges and universities.
