中部六省高校研发经费配置优化路径探究

摘要
社会对高校研发工作的重视度逐步提高,高校研发经费作为高校发展的经济基础,在高校工作中具有举足轻重的作用.中部六省在我国的地理位置非常重要,科技创新在推动中部地区崛起方面具有重要意义.基于此,文章对 2010-2020 年中部六省高等学校R&D经费配置的规模特征进行描述,测算其支出规模的影响因素,分析高校R&D经费的现存问题并提出相应的优化路径,以促进高校经费配置的合理化.
Abstract
Society attaches more and more attention to the research and development work in universities.Research and development funds,as the economic foundation for university development,play a crucial role in university work.The geographical locations of the six central provinces in China are important,and the technological innovation plays an important role in promoting the rise of the central region.Therefore,this article describes the scale characteristics of R&D funds allocation in six central provinces of China from 2010 to 2020,calculates the factors that affect its expenditure scales,analyzes the existing problems of R&D funds in universities,and proposes corresponding optimization path,in order to promote the rationalization of funds allocation in universities.
