Research on Optimal Allocation of Science and Technology Human Resources in Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone
This paper analyzes the problems existing in the allocation of science and technology human resources in Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone.They are the imbalance of professional and technical personnel structure,a serious shortage of personnel for scientific and technological activities,insufficient R&D personnel and few talents for high-level scientific and technological innovation.Then,some suggestions are put forward to optimize the allocation of science and technology human resources in Beibu Gulf Economic Zone.It should increase the investment in education and training science and technology human resources,increase investment in science and technology,gather scientific and technological talents,optimize the industrial structure,promote the rational distribution of science and technology human resources and establish a long-term mechanism for optimal allocation of science and technology human resources.
