摘要
数字经济的发展如火如荼,成为推动经济发展的中坚力量,这给企业带来严峻挑战的同时,也带来了新的发展机遇.如何推进企业数字化变革,让数字化技术成为企业发展的核心驱动力,是当前亟待解决的问题.首先,企业要洞悉数字化变革的本质.其次,夯实数字化变革的基础,进而推动企业开展企业组织、人力资源、产品服务和市场营销的全面变革,最终发挥数字化变革的乘数效应,实现企业的可持续发展.
Abstract
The development of digital economy grows rapidly and has become the backbone of economic development,which has brought severe challenges and new development opportunities to enterprises.How to promote the digital transformation of enterprises to make digital technology the core driving force for the development of enterprises is a problem that needs to be solved urgently.Enterprises must first under-stand the essence of digital transformation.Secondly,they need to consolidate the foundation of digital transformation to promote the compre-hensive transformation of enterprise organization,human resources,product service and marketing.Finally,they play the multiplier effect of digital transformation to realize the sustainable development of enterprises.
