Research on E-Commerce Online Payment from the Perspective of User Experience
This paper deeply studies the e-commerce online payment system from the perspective of user experience,and discusses its definition,development history and current market situation.This paper focuses on identifying and discussing the major issues in the online payment field,including technical challenges and security risks,user acceptance and trust issues,as well as the impact of regulatory policy and market environment.In response to these problems,a series of strategies are proposed to improve the security performance of the payment system,enhance user privacy protection measures,strengthen user education and publicity,and flexibly adjust payment strategies to adapt to changes in the market and regulations.In order to maintain an edge in the fierce market competition,payment platforms need to continuously improve the security,convenience and efficiency of their systems.As the technology advances and user needs continue to evolve,the payments sector will continue to face new opportunities and challenges,which require payment platforms to constantly innovate to adapt to these changes.Through this study,this paper provides valuable insights and recommendations for practitioners in the e-commerce field to optimize the online payment experience and enhance user satisfaction and loyalty.
